Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains the scope, duration, exclusions, claim process, and additional terms that apply to products purchased from SwiftyFly. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Scope and Duration of Warranty
Drone (Complete Unit)
- Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of purchase
- Coverage: Defects resulting from manufacturing or material issues under normal usage
Core Components
- Includes: Flight Controller, ESC, Remote Controller, Transmission Module, Motor, Battery
- Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase
- Coverage: Functional failures caused by manufacturing or material defects under normal usage
Special Note
- Brand/Manufacturer policy prevails: If the product or its manufacturer explicitly specifies a different warranty period or conditions, the brand/manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence.
- If no manufacturer policy: This SwiftyFly warranty will apply.
- Accessories: Some accessories may carry different warranty terms — details will be provided on the corresponding product page.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does NOT cover the following:
Damage Due to Human Error or Accidents
- Collisions, crashes, water exposure, overloads, and other physical damage
- Damage from unauthorized disassembly, tampering, or modifications
- Damage resulting from improper operation, storage, or maintenance contrary to product instructions
Environmental Factors & Force Majeure
- Operation in unsuitable environments (extreme temperatures, high humidity, strong magnetic fields, etc.)
- Damage caused by lightning, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
- Repairs, component replacements, or modifications performed by non‑authorized service providers
Normal Wear and Tear
- Natural battery degradation, standard propeller wear, minor cosmetic damage, and other expected wear
Beyond Warranty Period
- Any defects or failures that occur after the stated warranty period
Proof of Purchase & Origin
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt) or inability to confirm purchase date/origin
Inability to Return or Service
- If the customer cannot ship the product or required components to the designated service center, warranty service cannot be provided
3. Warranty Claim Process
Contact Customer Support
If you suspect a warranty‑covered issue:

Shipping / Return for Inspection
- Follow the packing and shipping instructions provided by customer support.
- All shipping costs and associated fees (freight, customs duties, clearance fees, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you cannot arrange or pay for shipping, we will be unable to fulfill the warranty service.
Inspection & Repair / Replacement
- Inspection period: We aim to complete fault diagnosis within 10 business days of receiving your product.
- Repair/Replacement period: If confirmed as a warranty defect, repair or replacement will be completed within 10–30 business days after inspection.
- After repair or replacement, we will ship the item back to you. Return shipping and any customs duties are at your expense.
- If the issue is not covered, we will provide an estimate of repair costs for your approval before proceeding.
4. Additional Information
Firmware & Software Updates
- Keep firmware and software updated. Issues caused by failure to update are not covered.
Flight Safety & Pre‑flight Checks
- Inspect batteries, propellers, frame, gimbal, and other components before flight. Damage from operator negligence or adverse weather is not covered.
Legal Terms
- This warranty applies to the extent permitted by local law. If any part conflicts with local regulations, local law will prevail.
Right of Final Interpretation
- SwiftyFly reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy and may amend it as necessary.
