Thank you for shopping with SwiftyFly. This page explains our returns, replacements, refunds, and shipping procedures so you know what to expect if you need to return or exchange an item.
Return Eligibility
- Return window: Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery for quality‑related returns.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
- Ineligible: Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or requests made more than 30 days after receipt cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email our support team at swiftyfly8@gmail.com to start a return.
- Please do not send products back before receiving confirmation from support. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed and could result in lost refunds.
- To complete a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Notes:
- Do not return orders for uncommunicated reasons.
- Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of receipt and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund sent to the card‑issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt and inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
- PayPal: Refunds issued to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank for processing timelines.

Return Shipping & Costs
- To return a product, contact
support@SwiftyFly.top. Our staff will confirm and provide the return address and instructions. Do not return without confirmation. - No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for return of products due to quality issues confirmed by SwiftyFly.
- If the return is not due to a quality issue (e.g., change of mind, incorrect address provided by customer), you must pay your own return shipping costs.
- For returned items valued over $50, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
- For all returns, please pay the shipment fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exchanges & Reshipment
- Exchange shipping times vary by destination. SwiftyFly will provide estimated timelines when confirming the exchange.
- Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Return Address
- Please contact swiftyfly8@gmail.com to obtain the correct return address and mailing instructions.
- Do not return items before receiving the official return address and confirmation by email.
Important Notes & Warranty Checks
- Returns and replacements apply only to products purchased directly from SwiftyFly.top. If you bought from a third‑party seller, contact that seller for returns.
- Once we receive your package and verify warranty validity, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement for eligible products.
- Accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds.
- Devices should be returned in “as new” condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging. If accessories are returned without valid reason, we may deduct return shipping fees from the refund.
- For after‑sales issues, contact swiftyfly8@gmail.com and we will provide a case‑based solution.
Response Time
- After you email us about a return, refund, or exchange, we will respond within 24 hours on business days. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see a reply.
